Discover the rich history and traditions associated with the Mexican holiday Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Throughout Mexico, from October 31st to November 2nd, departed loved ones are commemorated through prayer, offerings, altars, music, dance, and food. Join us for an afternoon celebrating Día de los Muertos with family-friendly crafts and a visit to the community altar in Green-Wood’s Historic Chapel designed by artist Scherezade Garcia.
